By accessing or using dataproven.bet ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Provides
DataProven provides statistical predictions and probability estimates for NBA games based on historical and current data.
- Is informational only
- Does not provide betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice
- Does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or profits
You use the Service at your own risk.
3. No Guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain.
- Predictions may be incorrect
- Accuracy figures are historical and not promises
- Losing streaks are normal and expected
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refunds for unused time unless required by law
- We may update pricing or features with reasonable notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service
- Circumvent access controls
- Use the Service unlawfully
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, models, text, and visuals are owned by DataProven or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or commercially use any part of the Service without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataProven is not liable for:
- Financial or betting losses
- Inaccurate predictions
- Missed opportunities
- Service interruptions
Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law and the law of the operator's country of residence.
